Hi, I’m Tien, though many know me as MuyTien. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to compete at a high level bodybuilding contest and have participated in five NPC competitions. My background in medicine (nursing) has given me a strong foundation in health sciences, body mechanics, and drug interactions, allowing me to approach fitness and training from a deeply informed perspective.
